Flashing

After nearly 2 weeks of waiting, we finally got our delivery. It sure doesn't look like much, but I guess they just pack it well. The stained lap siding looks good, but the jury is still out at this point. Either we will like it, or we will end up painting over it if we don't like it. At least our warranty is almost double because we had it pre-stained. As for the shingles, they don't look anything like I had thought. But I guess once they are up, they take on a more "realistic" look. The shingles do not come pre-stained, so we will be painting them as fast as we can before they put them up, I'm sure some will have to be painted after they are installed, but we'll do what we can. It will be much easier if they're painted now, rather then later.

Now, we must wait on the siding guys to become available.
