That Home Site! on GardenWeb.com
This site by far has our highest recommendation. Had it not been for this forum of people helping people, we would not have gotten through as much as we have, and most likely things may have been constructed totally wrong. I guarantee, that you will end up spending almost ALL your research time on this site. Responses are amazingly quick too.OwnerBuilderBook.com
We love this site. The book especially has been helpful, it's full of great advice and sample forms for the construction process. The website has an awesome forum of other Owner Builders that you can browse through for answers or ask your own questions.B4UBuild
